Francesca Filice, B.A., AIHM

Francesca has worked in the municipal and non-profit housing sector since 2009 and in her current role as Property Manager for Victoria Park Community Homes she is responsible for an external management contract and a portfolio comprised of market and subsidized housing units.  

Francesca became an AIHM member following the successful completion of the IHM Certificate in Property Management. To strengthen her skillset in the delivery of social housing, she completed the RGI and RTA on-line courses with ONPHA.   With a background in police foundations and a Brock University degree in Sociology, she has an excellent understanding of the many social determinants that influence successful tenancies.

Francesca also obtained a license with the Ministry of Enviornment in Structural Extermination and has achieved a certificate with Honours in Project Management.

In her role as Communications Chair, Francesca looks forward to participating in the delivery of the IHM quarterly newsletter and other key IHM communications.

Francesca is also a course instructor teaching Property Management to continuing education students for Humber College, George Brown College and Conestoga College.
