
Francesca Filice, B.A., FIHM
Francesca Filice, FIHM is the Chief Operating Officer at Victoria Park Community Homes, bringing more than 15 years of experience in the housing sector. In her role, she provides strategic leadership across housing operations, asset management, resident services, and organizational performance. Throughout her career, Francesca has been dedicated to delivering high-quality housing services, fostering strong teams, and creating positive outcomes for residents and communities.
In addition to her executive leadership role, Francesca is a course Instructor with Humber and George Brown, where she delivers IHM's Property Management Core Courses. Through her teaching, she supports the development of housing professionals and helps advance industry knowledge and best practices. Francesca serves as a volunteer Board Director and is a member of the Communications Committee with IHM. Through her involvement, she supports professional development, industry collaboration, and the advancement of excellence in housing management across Canada. Her educational background includes a BA in Sociology, a Diploma in Police Foundations, IHM certification in Property Management, and certification in Project Management. She also holds a Ministry of the Environment license in Structural Extermination and has completed extensive training in OHSA, AODA, DEI, leadership, and conflict resolution.
