Over 45 years in Property Management – condos, co-ops, medical, recreation, business, residential and social/community housing. Expert in all aspects of budgeting, maintenance delivery, landlord and tenant issues, Landlord and Tenant Board actions, tender development and delivery for effective asset management.  Retired October 31, 2024 from day-to-day management.

IHM Involvement:

• Joined the IHM board in 2013
• IHM President since 2017
• IHM instructor at Humber College since 2000 and George Brown since 2024 – 
• Past co-chair of Conference Committee, Distance and in-class learning instructor, Education Committee

Potential Future Opportunities for IHM:

• Expansion of the educational program to other institutions; offer students the interaction with other professionals in a classroom setting
• Be a positive influence on future legislation, and pursuit of industry related partnerships
• Participate and educate all related industries and agencies at industry conferences
