Industry Experience:

Over 25 years in Property Management – condos, medical, recreation, business, residential and social/community housing. Expert in all aspects of budgeting, maintenance delivery, landlord and tenant issues, Landlord and Tenant Board actions, tender development and delivery for effective asset management.

IHM Involvement:

• IHM board member; held position of Secretary
• IHM instructor at Humber College for 5 years – Human Resources and Building & Property Maintenance
• Past co-chair of Conference Committee, Distance and in-class learning instructor, Education Committee

Potential Future Opportunities for IHM:

• Expansion of the educational program to other institutions; offer students the interaction with other professionals in a classroom setting
