Kevin McCann, FIHM

Kevin McCann has over 40 years of experience in the social housing field having held several management positions in the areas of property management, housing administration, housing development and technical services within the public and private sectors.  He is a Certified Engineering Technologist as well as a long term member and supporter of the Institute of Housing Management.  

Over the years, Kevin has made a variety of presentations for the ONPHA, CHF and HSC, and has been teaching for the IHM at Humber College and other locations over the past 10 years.

He recently retired from the Region of York where he held the position of Manager, Technical Services within the Region's Housing Services Division.   He has recently been elected to the board and hopes to assist the IHM with its plans to enhance and expand its property management training program.
