Pamela Tomio, AIHM

Pamela Tomio is an accredited member of the Institute of Housing Management (IHM), proudly affiliated since 2019. 

Over the past several years, she has served on the IHM Education Committee as a board member and instructor, contributing to the development of housing professionals across Ontario. 

Pamela’s career spans roles such as Facilities Services Supervisor and Property Management Officer within both a local Housing Corporation and a Long-Term Care facility. These experiences have given her hands-on insight into tenant relations and social housing operations. 

 In addition to her IHM accreditation, she holds credentials in project management, adult education, and is a registered social service worker. Currently, as a Training and Development Specialist, she draws on her cumulative experience to share practical knowledge, foster professional growth, and create meaningful learning opportunities for her students. Teaching is a reciprocal journey—one where we learn from each other and grow together.
