Phil Eram, B.Sc., FIHM

President, Precision Property Management Inc.

Mr. Eram, an accredited Property Manager and President of Precision Property Management Inc., is the past chair of the Education Committee and a Director of the Institute of Housing Management (IHM) and past consultant with the Ministry of Housing. He is also currently Chair of Artscape Non-profit Homes, Canada’s largest arts/socio-cultural/environmental real estate development.

He has delivered various courses at community colleges through the Co-op Housing Federation of Toronto and the Ontario Non-Profit Housing Association. Mr. Eram's experience includes more than 25 years managing capital projects, large housing portfolio both in the public and private sector.
