Stacey Sanelli has been a dedicated property management professional in the co-operative housing sector since 2009. With more than 15 years of experience, Stacey has developed a strong understanding of the unique operational, administrative, and community-focused needs of housing co-operatives.

Throughout her career, Stacey has worked closely with co-op boards, committees, members, staff, contractors, and other housing professionals to support the effective day-to-day management of co-operative communities. Her experience encompasses property operations, maintenance coordination, budgeting and financial administration, governance support, member relations, and regulatory compliance.

Stacey brings a practical and collaborative approach to property management, recognizing that successful co-operative housing depends not only on well-maintained properties, but also on strong communication, responsible stewardship, and positive relationships within the community.

Since entering the co-op sector in 2009, Stacey has remained committed to supporting sustainable, well-managed housing communities and helping boards and members navigate the many responsibilities involved in operating a successful housing co-operative.

Her extensive sector experience, commitment to service, and understanding of the co-operative model make Stacey a trusted professional in the field of co-operative housing management.
Stacey is currently working toward completing her CHMA (Co-operative Housing Management Accreditation) and is also an active instructor with the organization.
