With over 22 years in housing management, Tracy is a recognized leader across the Cooperative, Non-Profit, and social housing sectors. She currently serves the Niagara Region, where she provides legislative and financial oversight for a diverse housing portfolio, including Co-operative, Non-Profit, and Indigenous housing. Her work prioritizes compliance, transparency, and accountability across the sector.
A strong advocate for safe, affordable housing, Tracy volunteers on the Board for the Institute of Housing Management and as Chair of Wesley Community Homes in Hamilton, Ontario. In addition to her leadership roles, she conducts housing-specific workshops, offers Board mentoring, and provides neutral chair services for Cooperative and Non-Profit meetings, empowering housing Boards and communities with essential governance skills. Her dedication to sustainable housing solutions underscores her commitment to fostering inclusive, resilient communities.
