Job Content is the sole responsibility of the person or entity that provided the Job Content. You are solely responsible for your Job Content and the consequences of posting, providing or publishing it.

You agree that the Institute of Housing Management, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, successors and assigns (collectively, “IHM”) makes no representations, warranties, conditions, promises or guarantees, including, without limitation, implied warranties or implied conditions, regarding any content provided by third parties, including, without limitation, the Job Content. You acknowledge and agree that IHM acts as a passive conduit for the publication of Job Content, and has no obligation to screen or verify the accuracy, legality, legitimacy, truthfulness, or completeness of Job Content. Accordingly, you acknowledge and agree that IHM is not responsible and in no event will be liable for Job Content or your reliance upon or decisions made as a result of the Job Content, including, without limitation, employment decisions. You understand that you may be exposed to Job Content that is inaccurate, incomplete, illegal, misleading, false, offensive, constitutes spam, or is otherwise unsuited to your purpose, and you accept that it is your responsibility to verify the quality, accuracy, truthfulness, legality or reliability and suitability of Job Content. Assumption of Risk for Interactions

You understand and agree that IHM does not, and cannot, confirm that each user and/or members of IHM is who he/she/they claim to be. IHM is not responsible for authenticating users and/or members of IHM and therefore it is your responsibility to conduct the appropriate due diligence before communicating or interacting with other users and/or members, including, without limitation, job seekers, employers, staffing agencies, and recruiters. Note that there are risks, including, but not limited to, the risk of physical harm, that may arise when dealing with strangers, including persons who may be acting under false pretenses. You should therefore use caution with regard to the information you elect to share on the website or part of your Job Content. You assume all risks associated with users and/or members of IHM with whom you come into contact.

If you have any disputes or issues with any user and/or member of IHM you agree to pursue any remedies directly with the applicable user and/or member and you release IHM from all claims, demands and damages of every kind (direct and indirect), to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability
