Christina Hipkin, AIHM

Christina has worked in the municipal sector since 2007 and is currently employed as a Property Manager with the City of Brantford. Her portfolio consists of rent geared to income, market and affordable housing. Her portfolio also consists of a supportive Homes for Good affordable housing development. 

Christina is an AIHM member following the successful completion of the IHM Property Management Certificate. 

Christina has a previous background in working with youth and adults in the non-profit sector which provides a wide range of understanding homelessness and the vulnerable population. These previous skills assist with understanding tenancy challenges to promote successful tenancies.

As a new IHM Board member I am looking forward to expanding my knowledge while sharing current trends and interests as per the municipal housing sector.
