If you are applying for Affiliate, Candidate, Corporate, or Retired Membership, you may do so online. Registering for the Accredited, Honourary Candidate, Fellow, Retired (AIHM/FIHM), or Honorary Memberships can only be done using the printable Application Form.
IHM Membership year is January 1st to December 31st. We do not offer ½ year membership nor do we prorate our fees.
