Precision Property Management Inc., founded 1991,is a well-established property management company, specializing in the management of co-operative and non-profit housing communities.

We are currently accepting applications to fill three vacancies for a
full-time Property Administrator. Job locations include Etobicoke, Scarborough, and Mississauga, Ontario.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing resident and property administration services for co-op/non-profit rental housing communities.

Qualifications:

Polite, friendly, kind and committed to customer service
Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Effective customer service skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Up-to-date computer skills & experience including utilizing Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
Self starter who requires minimum supervision
Results orientated
Effective time management and organizational skills
Co-op/non-profit housing experience an asset
