The next meeting of the IHM Southwestern Ontario Chapter is scheduled for Wednesday, June 14, 2023 from 12:00 noon to 1:30 p.m. We are extremely pleased that Philip Eram from Precision Property Management will provide a presentation regarding Cooperative Housing 101. Philip will share his knowledge and experience of Coops including:

How is managing Coops different or similar to managing rental properties?
Some of the duties a Property Manager would be required to coordinate
How the collection process differs
Working with a Board of Directors - that are the members of the Coop
Governance issues
