In Ontario, unit inspections are required to be conducted by building owners/staff at least annually to ensure that all of the safety features in the suite are properly maintained and operational. Proper documentation of these inspections and any resultant action is important from a liability perspective.  Unit inspections are important for other reasons, as well and need to be undertaken at different times in order to protect the interests of both the landlord and the tenants/members. This session will explain when, why and how unit inspections should be undertaken.

Join us for a review of the Do’s and Don’ts of a Unit Inspection.  Our seasoned veterans in Property Management will guide us through some of the challenges in Unit inspections.
