Application Process for Honourary Candidate Status

Requests for Honourary Candidate membership must contain the following information:

Covering letter indicating an Honourary Candidate Membership is being requested.
Completed Membership Application (PDF).
Full 1 Year membership fee of $210.00, or 2 year of $405.00 - (plus HST).
Copy of the Program Completion Certificate

When applying for Honourary Candidate Membership, it is vital that the above information be included with your application request. Failure to submit any of the above may result in your application being denied or returned due to insufficient information. You will be updated as to your application status within 45-60 days.
