Refund/Cancellation Policy: Registration fees are refundable, less a $50 processing fee, up until April 20th. No refund will be issued for cancellations starting April 21st, 2023. Registrations are transferable (within the same company) until May 5th at no charge. All cancellations must be sent in writing via e-mail to the conference registrar: conference@ihmcanada.net

Cheque payments or wire transfers must be received at the IHM office by April 21st, 2023. If payment has not been received by this date, registration is subject to cancellation.
