COVID-19 POLICY: Occupancy / Capacity limits may apply to this event in compliance with local and provincial mandates in effect at the time of the conference. Please consider your personal comfort level and risk tolerance when deciding whether to register. To minimize the risk of COVID-19, public health measures, advice and restrictions are in place. Although these measures will be taken to ensure your participation is as safe as possible, attending an in-person event is not risk-free and IHM will not be held liable.

Refund/Cancellation Policy: Registration fees are refundable, less a $50 processing fee, up until April 20th. No refund will be issued for cancellations starting April 21st, 2023. Registrations are transferable (within the same company) until May 5th at no charge. All cancellations must be sent in writing via e-mail to the conference registrar: conference@ihmcanada.net

Cheque payments or wire transfers must be received at the IHM office by April 21st, 2023. If payment has not been received by this date, registration is subject to cancellation.

Conference Photography Policy: Attendance at the IHM Conference constitutes an agreement by you, the registrant, to grant IHM the right to photograph, edit, use and distribute your image in any photographs captured during the IHM Conference. IHM, its employees and/or other permitted 3rd parties may use your image in print and electronic media, including but not limited to social media feeds (e.g., Twitter, Facebook), marketing campaigns, publications or other similar uses in furtherance of IHM’s mission and you agree to release IHM, its officers, directors, members, employees, vendors, and volunteers from any liability connected with such use.
