IHM is pleased to announce that the Human Relations for Property Managers Course (one of the five core courses within the Institute's Certificate In Property Management program) will be offered in a 3-day online format followed by an in-person exam held at the same venue as IHM 2022 Conference, the DoubleTree Fallsview Resort & Spa by Hilton - Niagara Falls.
It's the perfect combination! The exam will be held from 8:30 am to 11:30 am on Thursday April 28th, and at 11:45 am, the IHM Conference kicks off with the opening lunch followed by educational sessions. After the exam join conference delegates – the perfect time to celebrate, so why not meet the movers and shakers of IHM!
Students will be notified of their final mark within two weeks of the course.
Hotel accommodations are available at the IHM discounted rate.
Property Managers must develop the analytical and behavioural skills related to supervision of employees. In addition, they much also interact with tenants, owners, sub-contractors and the general public.

Note: You will be granted access to the online manual upon registration. Students will be required to read and complete certain chapters from the manual prior to the course, so strict adherence to published registration deadlines will be observed.
