Weekly Zoom Session lead by the instructor as you cover the content in the manual.

Asynchronous Learning - Students will be required to self-study and prepare for the following week of Review.

IHM is pleased to announce that the Human Relations for Property Managers Course (one of the five core courses within the Institute's Property Management Accreditation Program) will be offered in an online format. IHM students are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity for an online learning environment outside of a community college.

The course will be offered in a rigorous 5-day format with the instructor covering several chapters weekly with time for questions and discussion. Students will then have the week to review chapters and prepare for the next week’s class. The exam will be held on the 6th week.

Program Outline

This course teaches students how to develop the analytical and behavioural skills related to supervision of employees.  In addition, students will learn how to interact with tenants, owners, sub-contractors and the general public.

PLEASE NOTE: Upon registration, students will have access to the electronic manual. Students will be required to read and complete certain chapters from the manual prior to the course.
