Property Managers are experiencing burnout. What was once a rewarding career in preventing homelessness has, in some situations, become overwhelming. As we take on the role of the support person, managing complaints and aggressive tenants, the weariness is simmering, and some individuals are leaving the profession.

What can we do to ease the burden of property managers and attract new people to our industry? The session will cover the challenges of being empathetic to tenants while running a business, tips to combat burnout of staff and maintain a positive outlook.
